Moving toward peace in the present.
Approach
For those who want to live and perform in a way that reflects what actually matters.
Individual counseling for driven teens and adults navigating anxiety, pressure, and change.
I work with teens and adults who are driven, capable, and used to holding themselves to a high standard. On the outside, things may look fine. Underneath, there can be anxiety, pressure, restlessness, or a sense of being stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
This work is about understanding what is happening beneath the surface and beginning to live with more clarity and intention. We often focus on anxiety, pressure, life transitions, identity, and the feeling that life has become reactive rather than aligned.
My background includes high performance environments, from professional sports to demanding work cultures, along with years of meditation practice. I understand the pressure to perform and keep it together.
In our work, we slow things down enough to see clearly what is driving your patterns and how you want to show up instead.
We may focus on:
• Anxiety, mental noise, and rumination
• Pressure and the strain of always holding it together
• Patterns that keep you stuck or overextended
• Life transitions and identity questions
• Clarifying what matters and how you want to live
My approach integrates evidence based psychotherapy with mindfulness and present moment awareness. Sessions move at a human pace and are shaped by what you are experiencing.
You do not need to be in crisis. Many people I work with are functioning well on paper but feel something is off. This can be a place to understand what is driving you and begin showing up with more clarity and intention.

Services
Psychotherapy (Virtual)
I offer individual psychotherapy for driven teens and adults navigating anxiety, pressure, life transitions, and questions around identity and direction. Many of the people I work with are capable and high performing, yet feel disconnected from what matters most to them.
My approach is grounded in evidence based psychotherapy and shaped by mindfulness and values based work. We focus on getting clear on what matters to you, changing your relationship with thoughts and emotions, and taking meaningful action so you can show up more intentionally in your life.
Sessions are collaborative, steady, and focused on what is most relevant to you. This is not just about feeling better, but about living in a way that actually aligns with who you want to be.
Sessions are currently offered virtually.
