Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging in psychotherapy services provided by Andy Suiter, LPCC, operating under Suiter Mental Performance LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this Site and services.

Nature of Services

Services offered through this website include outpatient psychotherapy provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the State of Colorado under appropriate supervision, in accordance with Colorado law.

Psychotherapy is a professional mental health service intended to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and psychological functioning. It is not a substitute for medical care. Clients are encouraged to consult a physician for medical concerns and to seek emergency services in situations involving immediate risk.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Client Responsibilities

By scheduling or participating in psychotherapy services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during intake and throughout treatment
Participate actively and honestly in sessions
Communicate any concerns about treatment, safety, or scheduling
Seek emergency care when immediate crisis support is needed

Scheduling and Payments

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid for at the agreed-upon rate unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or illness.

Fees, payment policies, and cancellation terms are further detailed in the Psychotherapy Informed Consent provided prior to the start of services.

Confidentiality

Psychotherapy services are confidential in accordance with Colorado law and professional ethical standards. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed without written authorization, except in circumstances where disclosure is legally required, including but not limited to:

Risk of serious harm to self or others
Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or at-risk adult
Court order or other legal mandate

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text and written materials, is the property of Suiter Mental Performance LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Psychotherapy involves active participation and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suiter Mental Performance LLC and Andy Suiter, LPCC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
